Anyone who has faced the challenge of changing valve springs in today’s Ford 4.6L/5.4L Modular 3 Valve engines knows the difficulty involved. Not only does the swap to aftermarket valve springs require the proper tools and mechanical skills, but also additional time and money.

These cams are in my 2007 GT. Below is my dyno sheet with installing the cams and Kooks long tube headers at the same time.
Other mods already in the car at the time were Steeda CAI, 93 tune, underdrive pulleys, magnapack cat back system, kooks catted X, 4.10s
Most test I have seen with those longs tubes on 3 Vavles have netted 12rwhp gains. With that in mind you will see that with the cams and headers I gain 42rwhp and 17rwtq. I didn't lose any power down low, in fact I gained power everywhere.
These are great performing cams and you will be laughing all the way to the bank with the money you save on parts and labor!!
